The absorption middle range apartment with prices from 1 - 2 billion VNĐ, which is always the market leader because of its high liquidity, while investing in luxury apartment projects expensive and will take a lot of time to transfer... Therefore, experts advised customers not financially long enough to pursue luxury aparment segment should shred the egg basket into the mid-end apartments into liquid and profit rate is higher."

"The investors and speculators are not something exclusive to property market, as any kind of market has them." However, distinguishing them apart is not a simple task. Among recent sales events of some projects, there are many customers buying many apartments, or even the whole floor, in order to re-sell. However, in reality, these buyers are not just simply speculators who hoard products and wait for price hikes, causing harm to the market. In contrast, they are investors who actually evaluate the project’s potential, buy to resell or "for rent", stimulating the market’s demand.
